At Velmar London, we specialize in the supply and installation of custom-made kitchen worktops and stone surfaces. Due to the nature of our services and bespoke products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Custom-Made Products
All worktops and surfaces are made to order based on customer measurements, material selection, and project requirements.
For this reason, custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production has begun, except in cases of fault or damage.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order or quotation request before final confirmation and before fabrication starts.
Once fabrication or preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible, and costs incurred may be charged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If there is an issue with the supplied material or installation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
We will inspect the issue and, where applicable, offer:
A repair
A replacement
A partial or full refund (if required by law)
Measurement and Installation Services
Measurement and installation appointments are scheduled in advance.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
